FAQs

  • How do I view a property?

It’s easy and convenient! Go to our Listings tab and click on the property you are interested in viewing. Next, click the Schedule Showing button and follow the prompts to schedule a self-guided showing for the date and time that works best for you.

  • How do I apply for a property?

Our application must be filled out online through our website. Under the Listings tab, click on Application Process and carefully read through the steps. Once you are ready to apply, go to the Residential Listings tab and click on the property you are interested in. Next click the Apply Now button and be sure to answer all questions and include all necessary attachments when prompted.

  • How old do you have to be to rent a property?

All applicants must be at least 21 years old. An application must be submitted by each adult aged 21 and over that intends to live in the home.

  • What if I have no rental or credit history?

It is acceptable to have no rental or credit history. However, you must meet all other criteria in order to be approved. You will still be required to pay a security deposit. All leases require a Security Deposit.

  • What proof of income is acceptable?

Only the following will be accepted as proof of income: recent official pay stubs; official benefit verification letter; or if self-employed, your most recent tax return.

  • Can I have a pet?

Many of our properties are pet-friendly! However, there are a few that do not allow pets. For more details, click on the Listings tab and then click on Pet Policy to learn more.

  • How long does my lease have to be?

All of our leases are for a minimum of 12 months.

  • How often do new properties get added to the vacancy list online?

New properties get added to our online vacancy list almost daily. Be sure to continue to check our website for the most up-to-date listings. If a property is no longer listed, it is unavailable.

  • Will I have a Security Deposit?

Yes. You will be required to pay a security deposit. The amount will depend on your credit history.

  • Why was my scheduled showing canceled?

Once a property is rented, we will cancel all future showings for that property. If you get a notification that your scheduled showing was canceled, that means the property is no longer available.
