  • What if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?

    Our Maintenance Contact Center is available by phone 24/7. You can also submit an online Maintenance Request at any time through your tenant portal. To reach Maintenance by phone, call 252-492-9385 and press 1 for Maintenance.

  • I submitted a maintenance request yesterday and it hasn’t been completed yet. What should I do?

    Maintenance requests are handled in the order of urgency with high priority and emergency situations being handled first. We encourage you to reach back out to us regarding a status update on your request and please provide as much detail regarding your issue as possible. Please note that non-urgent requests will take longer to complete.

  • Can I transfer to another Rogers Group managed property?

    Yes, however certain criteria must be met in order to transfer to another property. You must have resided in your present property for at least 12 months.   • How can I pay a past balance if I no longer rent from The Rogers Group?

    Please call the office and inquire about your outstanding balance. You can make payment by dropping off a money order in our dropslot at our office.

  • I just moved out. When will I receive my security deposit refund?

    You will receive information regarding your security deposit within 30 days of ending your tenancy. It is very important that you return the key and provide a forwarding address. 

  • My lease ends soon. Does that mean I have to move?

    Unless you have received written notice that your lease is not being renewed, your lease will continue on a month-to-month term. *Always refer to your lease agreement regarding the term (length), renewal, and requirement for terminating.
